You will notice gentle shifts in tone and form from one piece to the next, and that is the whole point. It is the mark of a real handmade piece, not a factory line.

Our mugs are finished with a food-safe glaze that is free from lead and cadmium, and they are microwave and dishwasher safe, so they are built for daily chai, filter coffee and long, unhurried conversations. Yes. Every mug is microwave and dishwasher safe, so you can warm your chai or coffee and clean up without a second thought. For the pieces you reach for most, an occasional gentle hand wash helps keep the glaze looking its best.

Is the glaze food safe?

Yes. Our mugs use a food-safe glaze that is free from lead and cadmium, and they are bone-ash free, so they are suitable for vegetarians too. They are made for everyday eating and drinking.

How do I care for my handmade mug?

Treat it kindly and it will last for years. Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving a mug straight from the freezer into the microwave, and skip abrasive scrubbers. A soft sponge and mild soap are all you need.

Will every mug look exactly like the photo?

Almost, but not quite. Because each mug is shaped and glazed by hand, small differences in colour, texture and size are natural. Your mug will be a close match to the one pictured, with its own quiet character.

Do you ship across India and offer Cash on Delivery?
