🕒 Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a shipment notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Please note that processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control (e.g., courier delays or regional disruptions).
📦 Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently deliver across India using trusted logistics partners.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
🏪 In-store Pickup
You can choose free local pickup at our studio: 1204 A, Vasudha Etasha, Kothrud, Pune - 411038
Your order will be ready within 1 to 2 business days, and we’ll email you once it’s available.
- Pickup Hours: 10am-8pm, [Mon-Sat]
- Please bring your order confirmation email at the time of pickup.
