Description
This cherry mug is a small, cheerful thing, a clean white body dressed with a raised, embossed cherry design. Like everything we make, it is hand-thrown and hand-glazed in our Pune studio, so it carries the soft touch of a real maker's hand. It is a mug that feels like a little pick-me-up.
Can you feel the cherry design? Yes, the cherries are embossed into the clay rather than printed on, so they stand slightly raised from the surface. That means the design is part of the mug itself and will not peel or wear off with washing.

Because each mug is made by hand, you will find gentle variation from one to the next, a faint shift in the white, a slightly different curve, the odd tiny bubble in the glaze. These are the marks of craft, not flaws, and they make your mug one of a kind. It makes a sweet, uncomplicated gift for a coffee or tea lover.
Looking after it is easy. Wash with a soft sponge and warm water or use the dishwasher, and reheat your drink in the microwave whenever it goes cold.
