Purple Mug

Simple, warm and easy to love, the Purple Mug is an everyday favourite in the making. Each one is thrown and glazed by hand in our small Pune studio, wrapped in a soft purple that shifts gently in the light. It settles into your hand and your routine straight away, the sort of mug you find yourself reaching for morning after morning.

Can I use it for daily coffee and put it in the dishwasher? Absolutely. This mug is dishwasher friendly and microwave safe, so it is ready for busy mornings and quick reheats. The glaze is food-safe and lead-free, so it is an easy, trustworthy choice for everyday tea and coffee.

Since it is made by hand, you will notice small bubbles in the glaze, a slightly uneven curve here or there, and a purple that is a little different from the next mug. These are the honest signs of a piece shaped by a person rather than a machine, and they make each mug quietly one of a kind. It gives as easily as it lives on your own shelf, so it works just as well as a small, thoughtful gift.

Keep it lovely with a wash in mild soap and a soft sponge, avoiding harsh scrubbers that can dull the glaze over time. Let it dry fully before stacking to protect the finish.
