Clean, calm and quietly practical. The White Airtight Jar is a handmade ceramic storage jar in a soft matt white finish, shaped and glazed by hand in our Pune studio. Its airtight lid keeps your kitchen staples fresh while its simple form suits any shelf or counter.
Is this jar airtight, and is it safe for food? Yes. The close-fitting lid is designed to seal in freshness, which makes it well suited to coffee, tea, spices and dry staples. The glaze is food-safe and lead-free, so it is made to store the things you eat and cook with every day.

Each jar is finished by hand, so gentle variations in the matt glaze are part of its character. Hand wash the jar and lid with a soft sponge and dry them well before refilling, especially around the rim and seal. Avoid abrasive scrubbers and sudden temperature changes.
